Founded in Canada in 2022 as ChargeStop, the company began with a mission to accelerate the transition to clean, accessible energy through ultrafast EV charging and second-life battery storage. Following rapid growth and recognition across North America, the business expanded to Australia in 2024, establishing local assembly and deployment capabilities.

In 2025, ChargeStop rebranded as ReVolt Energy to reflect its broader vision — building a decentralized Virtual Power Plant (VPP) network that integrates renewable generation, repurposed EV batteries, and intelligent energy management. Today, ReVolt Energy is scaling a circular, data-driven energy ecosystem that delivers grid resilience, enables zero-emission transport, and powers a sustainable energy future.
